Organize PDF - Visual Page Manager

Visual page manager: drag-drop thumbnails to reorder, delete, rotate, and insert pages from multiple PDFs.

All four page operations on one visual canvas: drag thumbnails to reorder, click to rotate, click to delete, and drop multiple PDFs to combine their pages — no jumping between separate Reorder, Rotate, Delete, and Merge tools. Reverse-All and Rotate-All-90 handle bulk fixes for scanned-backwards or scanned-sideways documents in one click. Runs entirely in your browser via pdf-lib.

What Organize PDF does

PDFGrover's Organize PDF is a visual page manager. Drop in one or more PDFs and every page becomes a draggable thumbnail in a single grid. From there you can reorder, rotate, and delete pages — and combine pages from several PDFs — all on one canvas, instead of jumping between separate Reorder, Rotate, Delete, and Merge tools. Click Save and a new PDF downloads in your chosen order.

When to use Organize PDF

  • Rebuilding a document that needs several fixes at once — reorder and drop blank pages and rotate a sideways scan.
  • Assembling from multiple files — pull the good pages from two or three PDFs into one.
  • Cleaning up a scan batch — reverse a back-to-front stack and delete separator pages in one pass.
  • Quick triage — visually see the whole document and fix it.

How to organize a PDF

  1. Upload one or more PDFs — every page from every file appears in one draggable grid.
  2. Rearrange / rotate / delete — drag to reorder, click to rotate 90°, click to delete; use Reverse All or Rotate All 90° for bulk fixes.
  3. Save — a new PDF downloads with everything in your chosen order and orientation.

What the output preserves

  • Page content is byte-identical — text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, fonts are preserved.
  • Rotations are stored as page-rotation properties (not re-rendered), so output stays sharp at any zoom.
  • Multi-file combine is built in — pages from different PDFs merge in the order you arrange them; no need for a separate merge step.

What to watch for

  • Password-locked PDFs must be unlocked first with Unlock PDF before their pages can be added.
  • Very large documents take a moment to render all thumbnails up front; the save itself stays fast.
  • Forms/annotations are preserved where the source supports it, but interactive features may behave differently after rearranging.

Privacy and file handling

Organize PDF runs entirely in your browser — your files never leave your device, there's no upload, sign-up, or watermark. Your original PDFs are untouched; a brand-new PDF is generated on your device when you click Save.

Troubleshooting

  • A page won't drag in — that file is password-protected; unlock it first with Unlock PDF.
  • Slow to load — large documents render every thumbnail up front; give it a moment, then organise.
  • Made a mistake — your originals on disk are never changed; re-upload to start over.
